There have been a glitch with the Member Badges. Neither the smiley face or the member badges appear.
I am talking about if you are looking at someone else’s player card, not your own. If you are looking at your own player card, and you are a member, you should be able to see it.

For some reason, the book Lime Green Dojo Clean is not here yet. Maybe they are having technical issues with it or decided to delay it for a day or two. Stay tuned for updates!
Update: According to Club Penguin Times Issue 172, the new book, Lime Green Dojo Clean will be released on January 30, along with the new furniture catalog. Here’s what Billybob wrote:

I wanted to give you an update about the new Paint By Letters book that was scheduled to launch. We found some bugs that need to be fixed, and unfortunately the game won’t be ready to play yet.
We apologize for the delay and really appreciate your patience as we fix the bugs. We know you’re excited about it and want you to know we are working hard to fix the bugs so when it is launched you can have fun playing it.
