Head over to the Dock by the Tree.
Once your spy phone rings, you will be presented with the directions for the puzzle. You need to complete it by Destroying the target.

The first egg is at the Dojo.
The second egg is at the Dock.
The third egg is at the Forest.
The fourth egg is at the Pool.
The fifth egg is at the Mine Shack.
The sixth egg is at the Lodge Attic.
The seventh egg is at the Mountain.
The eighth egg is at the Snow Forts.
When you finish the scavenger hunt, the prize is a background.
