Club Penguin has released a new issue of their newspaper on Club Penguin, the Club Penguin Times. This week brings us to Issue 296.
This week, the newspaper mainly talks about Music Jam and to make some noise at the rooftop.
It also talks about where you can go in the Music Jam.
These are the upcoming events. Which one are you looking most forward to?
The 2011 Music Jam has been released on Club Penguin! Many of the rooms are now decorated with a Musical Theme.
There is a total of three free items. Two are for members, and the other is for non members.
Nonmembers can get a Music Jam Cap at the Cove.
Members can get a Boombox at the Dance Club Rooftop.
Members can also get a green Music T-Shirt at the Backstage.

The Penguin Band appears every 30 minutes at the Ice Berg. They will be there for 2 minutes and then they will leave and will not return until a half hour later.
Club Penguin has released an all new login screen for the Music Jam! It’s the same as last year’s login screen. The only difference is they changed the date on it. Here it is:
Club Penguin has updated their Beta Team again! In addition to Snow Cone now working (posted yesterday) Rollerscape has been removed. However, we have received two new games! Photo Puzzle and Pizza Oven.
Photo Puzzle is just like a regular old puzzle. There is two modes. Picture & Memory.
With Photo Puzzle you choose an image. It will then make it into a puzzle pieces and you must put it back together using the controls on the right.
The second new thing is Pizza Oven. The main screen is very plain.
The game is very plain. In fact, you can see it looks like it’s a very early stage beta. In the game you are the waiter and you must server pizzas to the penguins before they get annoyed. To get a pizza, go over to the oven and click on it. Then go over to the penguin and click it to serve the pizza.
I think this is a very cool Beta Team update!
Club Penguin’s Snow Cone game is back in the Beta Team again – and it actually works now!
While it may look confusing, it’s actually quite simple. There are snow cones with flavors listed on each one. There is three bottles – blue, orange, and yellow. You need to click the bottles (doesn’t matter which one or how many) to try and recreate the flavor color on the ice. For example if the flavor was lemonade then you would click yellow several times.
If the flavor was orange you would click the red and yellow a few times each. When done with a snow cone you hit “Go”.
For whatever reason Club Penguin keeps removing and re-adding Snow Cone. Yet again it has been re-added. I wonder why…? Here’s the current file list:
