When you first log on Gary will explain things to you.
Head on into the Minderizer 3000 and Joy will talk to you.
Make sure you always collect the free items!

Return to the Headquarters and click in this spot to go to the mini-game:

And then the memory will be revealed!
This process is repeated for all the memories. Next is sadness.
This time you ned to go to Dream Productions.
After that is anger.
You need to go to Loot Island for this one.
Next up we have disgust.
This time it’s food island that you go to.
Finally we have fear.
For fear you need to go to the subconscious!
Now that you’ve collected all the memories you’ll earn the emotion background.
Return to the Dock and Gary will talk to you.
So will Rockhopper. You’ll get multiple items plus some coins. Great!
Also at this party, you can transform into both Bing Bong and Rainbow Unicorn. Sweet deal!

Today Club Penguin’s iOS and Android application has been updated to version 1.6.8 with some enhancements for the Inside Out Party, which will end on August 19th on mobile instead of the 5th like on computers.
One of those enhancements is a new app icon:
