Plush Toys Would Unlock Items

Once the Plush Toys have been officially released, you can buy them from Toys R Us for $5.99 each.
Each one would come with a coin. Every coin is different and the coin would come with a code which you could redeem for an item for you Club Penguin account.

The code will also unlock a book full of items that haven’t been seen for a long time and maybe some new items.

Igloo Decorating Contest Coming

A Igloo Decorating Contest will begin this Friday.

To enter, basically just decorate your igloo with a Halloween theme.
They will be announced in the October 23 and the October 30 newspaper.
The grand prize winners will receive 25,000 coins and the runner ups will receive 15,000 coins.

Lane Merrifield (rsnail)

Most of us know who Lane Merrifield (rsnail) is.
He is used to be a Club Penguin moderator and is the founder and CEO (chief executive officer – the person that manages the whole company) of Club Penguin.
Here is a picture of him.

He says he have nothing against advertising “against older minds.
Also, he is no longer a Club Penguin moderator and has been promoted to Disney’s global expansion of virtual worlds.

Maybe that means Club Penguin will be available in more languages?

Fast Way to Earn Coins

Well, a really fast way to earn coins if you’re not a member is simply to play Puffle Roundup (Located at Pet Shop). After one round, press “Play More” and play it again. And again and again… etc.

It could get boring, but an easy way to make it not boring is to have your siblings/friends play the game as a contest. You can see who gets the most coins in ten rounds. That way, before you know it, you’ll be getting 3000-5000 coins in no time! =D But, it takes some practice.

My preferred technique is to group the puffles together in one group right above the entrance to the fence thing. Then,”herd” them all in together.
My second preferred way is to get them in one by one.

Tip: If time’s almost running out, chase the rest of the puffles out of the screen
This game is RARELY played by anyone, because they think it’s boring… or old…

Another fast way to earn coins.

This method of earning coins is only for members. If you’re not a member, then you won’t earn as much coins.

Easy! Play surfing! Wheee! But first, get the silver surfboard.

Go Surfing at the cove.
Practice until you totally get the hang of flipping in the air.

Ok, now you perfected your surfing skills, but you don’t earn lots of points!?!? What now?
follow this guide:

Go surfing. Select “Freestyle” Mode.
(practice this until you are comfortable with it.)
Make sure your mouse is ready to roll and you got your fingers on the up and down keys (my preferred keys).

I suggest you always click “Skip Intro” and right after, press the down arrow key. You don’t need to hold it down. Then get your mouse ready.

Control yourself and get a good landing then go up and down while going forward. Gain SPEED.
While going up and down (controlled with your mouse), press the up and down arrow keys AT THE SAME TIME. Over and over again.

Do like about 15 ups and downs with your mouse then go stop pressing the up/down keys. Go down as far as possible without wiping out OR losing balance. Go up (straight up) and ONCE you’re in air press the down arrow (then release) then do as many flips as possible (circle your mouse VERY FAST and TONS of times.) Be careful NOT to press your left mouse button while doing flips!!!

Once you’re at the horizon, click the left mouse button and stop flipping. Release the mouse button as soon as you think you’re balanced. If you did 10 or more flips… 1000 or more POINTS!!! =D. Then go up and down with your mouse gaining speed pressing up/down mouse buttons at the same time. Do that like about 15 times then do the flip.

Continue until you’re finished.
If you did not wipe out and have perfect timing/flips, you should get around 1000 coins per round of surfing!
