If you look at the party picture, why isn’t there a penguin wearing the rare Beta Testing hat?

The 3rd anniversary will be held between October 24 and October 26.

The yearbook will also be released then.

Club Penguin Times is the official newspaper for Club Penguin (delivered every Thursday).
It is actually more widely read than some of the most popular local newspaper such as New York’s Daily News, the Chicago Tribune, or The Dallas Morning News.
It is not even 3 years old and that’s how many viewers it attract.

I don’t know if it is more popular than the New York Times, or the Washington Post, but it is quite popular.
