You will see him under the sign for the ‘Dig Up The Dojo’ campaign. He is wearing a large hat, so you can’t see his face. If you bring up his player card, his name is ??????. Has Club Penguin taken one step closer to the ‘Ninja’ idea? I would think so.
Perhaps he is some kind of Ninja Sensei.
Also, you can see him in the newspaper as a shadow in the doorway of the Dojo on the opening page (A2-A3, the page where the Ninja clue is.).

Click on the snowflake on top of the Pink Mitten to get the Pink Pom Pom.
Click on the tree on page 4 (counting the cover) to get the Russian Hat.
Click the penguin hiding behind the Snow Fort to get the Red Viking Helmet.
Open and Close the Red Viking Helmet 4 times for the Blue Viking Helmet.
Click the star next to the Denim Hip Hop Hat to get the Black Superhero mask (Second star on the second row).
Click on the N in clearance on top of the Pink Pop Music T-Shirt to get the Mixed Bracelets.
Click on the N in clearance on top of the Sunset Dress to get the Jade Necklace.
Click on the N in clearance on top of the Shoe Collection to get the Black Scuba Mask.
