A new newspaper issue has been released on Club Penguin! This week’s issue is Issue 495. The main article this week is about the mine maze.
The second main article this week is about feeding your puffles.
Here are the upcoming events:
A brand new pin has been hidden on Club Penguin today. The Footprint Pin can be found at the top of the Lighthouse Beacon. Here’s a picture of the room. Can you spot the pin?
The pin will be available for the next two weeks, so make sure you pick it up some time between now and April 29th.
Soon some articles from the Club Penguin Times will be posted on the Club Penguin Blog, as announced by Polo Field on the official game blog yesterday. It’s an interesting move, however I don’t see much of a purpose behind it unless you only play Club Penguin on mobile, where the newspaper is not available. Here’s the announcement post:

Guess what? We’re going to try out a little experiment. We’re going to publish some of the Club Penguin story here on the blog, by occasionally posting newspaper articles from the Club Penguin Times.

Today on the Club Penguin Blog, Intothemoat from the Club Penguin Team made a guest blog post with some Sled Racer tips. Here’s his blog post for everyone to read:
Hi penguins, Intothemoat here!
I’d like to congratulate all the players who’ve beat my high score — you’ve earned my legendary respect.
And for those of you that are looking for some extra wisdom to help up your Sled Racer game, I’ve decided to do you a solid. Here are some of my personal tricks to becoming a high score hero:
* When using the jetpack, don’t jet right down the middle of the track. Instead, stay along the sides of the hill — you’ll be less likely to run into obstacles when you land.
* Stick to the edges around the flufflies and you’re usually safe from harm. This technique can also be used to get around the anvils that drop up and down at the end of the tunnels.
* The best combo of power-ups I’ve found is: Invincible, revive and the toot-blaster.

EPF agents have a new message on their spy phones form Jet Pack Guy, however it makes no sense. He claims there is a security breach and maze at the Dock.
The issue is, however, there’s nothing!
Silly Club Penguin…
Yesterday on the Club Penguin Blog Megg revealed that at the Frozen Fever Party, which begins April 23rd, members will be able to get Snowgies from the special party catalogue! Here’s what they look like:
The party will last two weeks on the computer and four weeks on mobile.
The stage has been updated once again. Now The Vikings That Time Forgot is playing. This is the play’s third time to be shown.
Now that the Puffle Party is over, the Puffle adoption room is here to stay. At the Ski Village there’s a permanent path leading to the wilds.
Taking that path will take you directly to here. Sometimes Sasquatch will appear, too. In the meantime you can adopt puffles if you’re a member.
The door at the Puffle Lodge has been repaired, too.
