The Club Penguin Mascots often tour around Club Penguin to meet eager fans and give out free items, often backgrounds. Normally, the Penguin Band, Cadence, and Aunt Arctic come during the Music Jam. Rockhopper often comes during the Fall Fair and Holiday Party. Aunt Arctic occasionally appears at the Holiday Party as well.

These People are only pretending to be famous penguins, so please do not believe them. I’m sure we will have a famous penguin on Club Penguin soon. It is very rare for a famous penguin to be on a server on club penguin and not all of the trackers are true. Sorry for your disappointment and there has been a few problems running Club Penguin recently. I hope everyone is enjoying Club Penguin !
