Club Penguin Trackers
The Club Penguin Mascots often tour around Club Penguin to meet eager fans and give out free items, often backgrounds. Normally, the Penguin Band, Cadence, and Aunt Arctic come during the Music Jam. Rockhopper often comes during the Fall Fair and Holiday Party. Aunt Arctic occasionally appears at the Holiday Party as well.

Im answering Bob’s question. Brise is a server, But its on the French area. Its very rare that Rockhopper is on other languages. I also went on to the french server and he was NOT in the gift shop. there for this website lies about where rockhopper is. And also everyone is online but they lie about the server and the place!
