Club Penguin released two new Community Blog posts, one on the portuguese blog and the other on the Spanish blog. The posts said the following:

Hello, penguins!

This month the team has prepared some great news. Club Penguin will move to the real world in Santiago, Chile and Mexico City! The following skating rinks will be decorated in Club Penguin style:

CeroGrado Parque Arauco (Santiago, Chile)
Park CeroGrado Vespucio (Santiago de Chile)
Ice rink Lomas Verdes (Mexico City)
Ice Rink San Jerónimo (Mexico City)
There will also be games! More over, as the surprises are some of your favorite stuff, I have prepared a number of them! However, at this point I can’t reveal more. For those who do not live in those cities, don’t worry! With the team we are working to bring the fun everywhere. As you may know, October is the month in which we celebrate children’s day – and we wanted to offer a special surprise for you.
From October 9th to 19th, we will have a special event in Shopping Eldorado, in São Paulo. You are all invited!

Club Penguin Water Card-Jitsu proof!?

Club Penguin Card Jitsu Water should be here sometime in November. If you noticed in this week’s Club Penguin Times, Gary said that the storm that’s coming for Halloween may “last longer than expected”.

That must been as it’s going to last longer than expected it’s going to draw into the Card-Jitsu Water for November.

Club Penguin have released a new Community Blog post over the Better Igloos Catalog for October 2010. Billybob said:

“The new igloo items are out today!, they should come in handy for the Halloween Igloo Contest – decorators will find plenty of spooky items to give their igloos that “Haunted House” look.”

When you’re buying the items and placing them in your igloo, try pressing the arrow keys, left,right,down,up. You might find some surprises.

We would love to know any interesting ideas that you’re decorating your igloo. Make sure you submit your igloo for the Halloween Igloo Contests.

Today the Club Penguin team have updated their “Jobs Posting” page. There is a brand new technique formed where you will be re-directed to www.disney.com instead of applying on the Club Penguin website which what it was originally.

This is a brand new way to submit a job application to Club Penguin!

After first being announced a few weeks ago, the Halloween Igloo Contest is here! This is a yearly tradition, first starting in October 2006. The 5th one for Halloween! To enter, first decorate your igloo.

When you are done, click the golden igloo icon on the right to submit it.

Once you submit it, remember to not change your igloo.
