Club Penguin Coins for Change 2010 Cheats

Posted by Trainman1405 on December 16, 2010 under Cheats and Tips | Comments Off on Club Penguin Coins for Change 2010 Cheats

Coins for Change 2010, Club Penguin’s third year of Coins For Change, has finally arrived! Below are all the cheats & a walkthrough on how to donate.

First off, you can donate at the Town, Plaza, Captain’s Quarters, and Beach.

These are the three categories you can donate too:

  • Build Safe places
  • Protect the Earth
  • Provide Medical Help

You can donate these amounts of coins:

  • 100
  • 500
  • 800
  • 5,000

There’s a billboard at the Beach:

If you go to the Lighthouse, you will see lots and lots of coins piling up. Wow!

Club Penguin Rockhopper Has Arrived December 2010

Posted by Trainman1405 on December 16, 2010 under Catalog | Comments Off on Club Penguin Rockhopper Has Arrived December 2010

Rockhopper has arrived in Club Penguin yet again! Go to the Beach and head to his ship. In the Captain’s Quarters you can access his catalog. The free item is a Globe Hat.

This is a post in progress, please come back soon.

If you want to find Rockhopper, be sure to use our Club Penguin Rockhopper Tracker!

    Club Penguin Monthly Newsletter?

    Posted by Trainman1405 on December 15, 2010 under Other Stuff | 2 Comments »

As we reported earlier this week, you can enter a code in Club Penguin and unlock 500 coins. This code is actually sent from Club Penguin to everybody with a parent account. The newsletter looks like this, or you can view it here.

One thing that caught my eye is this:

    Dear Parent,

Many of you told us that you’d like to hear more about what’s happening in the world of Club Penguin. Our goal with this periodic email is to give you more ways to connect with your kids about something they’re interested in.

In that paragraph, they said “our goal with this periodic email”. After this paragraph, it says this:

Here’s what’s going on in the month of December

Does this mean we’ll be seeing a monthly newsletter from Club Penguin, sent to parents/the emails with a parent account? Maybe or maybe not, but as it says periodic, I have a hunch we’ll see more newsletters from them in the future.

The Club Penguin team last week asked us what you’re doing to raise donations for Coins For Change and Joiceful said:

I am a tour guide so each year when CFC comes along, I do a “Coins for Change Tour” which takes people to games and then to CFC pots. They donate to each pot and then I thank them for making a difference. I squeeze donating into touring for the perfect Holiday combo!!!

Tours are a great way to spread the news for Coins For Change.
The Holiday Party is coming up fast, so this week the Club Penguin team want to know – what are you doing to celebrate the holidays in your own home?

    Club Penguin Stadium Glitch

Posted by Peggggo on December 12, 2010 under Other Stuff | 3 Comments »

Recently, Club Penguin began preparing for the holiday party coming this month. There is a bug in which if you go to the stadium and click on the instructions sign, Rockhopper’s note will pop-up instead of the instructions. Don’t worry though, Club Penguin will fix this soon.

When you click the sign, Rockhopper’s note pops-up instead of the instructions.

Club Penguin Blog: Thanks for Voting

You may or may not have heard that recently Club Penguin won a BAFTA award. They have, so Billybob made a quick post thanking us all:

    Hello Penguins!

This week we’ve been talking about giving… And on the subject of great gifts, we wanted to say a big thank you for a gift you gave us!
You awarded Club Penguin the Kid’s Vote for best website in the BAFTA awards. For those of you who don’t know, BAFTA stands for – British Academy of Film and Television Awards – it’s a really big deal in the UK!
So a HUGE thanks to all of you who voted. It means a lot to us!

Congratulations! The Club Penguin Team deserves  it, that’s for sure.
