Basically place it somewhere in your igloo, and walk over it. It should look something like this.
You can still buy it. In the igloo catalog, there is a secret item you click box is only 200 coins 😀

if you click on part of the stone couch (the purple one) portal box apears! and in box demension, wait 2 minutes and a box flys over, opens up and an orange puffle comes out covered in foam peanuts and then flys away
