Daffodaily released a brand new blog post today mentioning another Daffo Doodles post although there is no image as it’s broken in the post. This is what the post reads:

Nearly all the known Club Penguin moderators or former staff at Disney Club Penguin are doing the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. We have had videos from Spike Hike, Polo Field, Billybob and now Businesmoose! – Take a look at the video Jonny Jansen (Businesmoose) did:

He has nominated a fellow moderator Ninja! – Awesome!

This is to spread the awareness and find a cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. ALS effects the way people move, meaning their bodies will gradually become paralyzed because their muscles no longer work. I believe Megg is also doing this challenge. I can’t wait to see it!

Polo Field Takes the Ice Bucket Challenge!

As you know Spike Hike challenged Polo Field to do the Ice Bucket Challenge, and with Megg helping, the two made a video doing it! – The video is posted on the blog. This is what the blog post read:

 

As some of you may know, Spike Hike nominated me to pour a bucket of ice cold water over Polo Field. This is all part of the “Ice Bucket Challenge” that many are taking to help create awareness and find a cure for ALS (otherwise known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.)

 

ALS effects the way people move, meaning their bodies will gradually become paralyzed because their muscles no longer work.

 

The challenge is to donate to the cause at alsa.org within 24 hours of being nominated or… get ice water dumped on you. We’re doing both! We’re challenging the Club Penguin office to donate to this worthy cause, AND we’re taking the Ice Bucket Challenge…

In other news… Spike Hike is hosting an ALS Awareness Party  today at 1:00pm PST on desktop computers. Log on to the server Fog at 1pm to join the fun! Everyone is invited to log on and help spread awareness!
To keep this going, Polo Field has challenged Screenhog, Businesmoose and Dave Krysko to do this challenge. I have also been challenged to do this by the Club Penguin community. So stay tuned!

Chris Heatherly known as Spike Hike, who we know took over Billybob as the main boss a while back was challenged to do the ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) challenge, meaning you have to throw a bucket of cold/ice water on top of your head. This is to spread the awareness and find a cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Spike Hike said in the United States alone there are 30,000 people with this disease. Spike Hike accepted the challenge and donated to the fund. Take at the video Spike Hike did:

Spike Hike challenged:

  • Billybob (Lane Merrifield)
  • Rsnail (Lance Priebe)
  • Megg to dunk Polofield with a bucket of cold/ice water and post it on the official Club Penguin blog

He also said to make ALS awareness to everyone, there will be a Club Penguin party. Tomorrow at 1PM Penguin Standard Time on the Server Fog.
