The boat tips and Rockhopper gets out using a row boat.
Probably he will arrive Club Penguin with a row boat.

A new igloo organizer has been released today.
There are some bugs and the Club Penguin administrators are working to fix them.
For a few days, it might not work properly.
You might have noticed people making energy balls.
First, you have to buy a Pink Superhero Cape or a Blue Superhero Cape.
They are 500 coins.
Then just wave and you will be making the energy ball.
OR 
You might have noticed the Switchbox 3000.
Lets start from left to right.
The first one changes it from daylight to nighttime.
The second one makes a car go through the scene.
It would look like this:

The third one makes water splash on the left side of the scene.
The fourth one makes water splash in the middle of the scene.
The fifth one makes water splash in the right side of the scene.
The sixth one makes the dragon spray out blue rays.
The seventh one makes the dragon spray out red rays.
If you click the sixth one then quickly click the seventh one, it will look like this:
The rays would be directed to these Xs
The blue one hit the blue X and the red one hit the red X
The eighth one would make a yellow super-hero puffle appear.
The pictures might not seem so clear.
So try it out for yourself.
