Meeting Sensei in Club Penguin

As said in Thursday’s Club Penguin Times, Sensei will appear in the Dojo Hideout between July 3 and July 5. You must be a ninja to enter the Ninja Hideout. If you are not one yet, check out my Card Jitsu Cheats. Everyone should have received a postcard regarding this.

For those of you who remember the Summer 2009 Sneak Peeks, the picture on the left comes from the Dojo Courtyard.

June 2009 Igloo Catalog Secret Items

The June 2009 Igloo Catalog Secret Items was released today.

There are two new floors, the Sand Floor and the Archaeological Dig Decal.

Here are the secret items:

Click the crowbar on the remove flooring page for he Secret Stone Igloo.

On page 7, click the words “candy” for the Gingerbread House.

Click the door of the Deluxe Stone Igloo for the Secret Deluxe Stone Igloo.

There are 4 new songs available as igloo music. They are:

Newspaper Issue 193

Club Penguin Times Issue 193 was released today.

There will be brand new DJ3K music on June 26.

It is the third week of the 101 Days of Fun.

Sensei will be making appearances at the Ninja Hideout between July 3 and July 5.

The In Focus is on surfboards.

Happy77 Talks About Music

As most of you know, there will be brand new music for DJ3k on Friday. Members will also be able to purchase songs from a special catalog. Happy77 decided to interview someone on the Club Penguin Team who does a lot of musical stuff.

Q: There’s a lot of music in Club Penguin. How you do decide what music goes where?
A: We’d like the music to support the feeling of the areas and the party themes.
 
Q: What’s your favorite part of making music and sound effects?
A: Working with music and sound effects (sfx) is creative and fun, and we hope it adds another dimension to everyone’s experiences on the island.

Q: At last year’s Music Jam party, I seem to remember music called  “bubble pop” – is that short for bubble gum pop? Are there other kinds of candy music?
A: With that song we were originally inspired by the Bubblegum Pop style of music. But with music this sweet, it’s all candy.

There will be some new music added to DJ3K. There will also be new music for your igloo. Members will also be able to purchase music from a brand new catalog, and use them in DJ3K! Billybob has also hinted yellow puffles will be able to play DJ3K.
