There is a new message from The Director on Club Penguin.
It reads:
Stay sharp agents. We suspect Herbert and Protobot haven’t given up their assault on System Defender. Be ready for anything.
Billybob has published a new Reviewed By You on the Club Penguin Blog. Last week he asked penguins what Puffle color you would be and why. The Club Penguin Team picked Alex123’s submission, and they said:
I would want to be an undiscovered rainbow puffle because it is a mix of all of the puffles and because it is undiscovered!!! waddle on CP!!!
This week they want they are switching things up. In celebration of Safer Internet Day today, they want to hear what you’re doing to help keep the island a safe place for all penguins. Be sure to comment with your tips!

That’s right, the stamp book is again bugged yet again, I was told by a friend of mine and I logged in and I had yet again 0/0 stamps! – Check it out:

As you are most likely aware, whenever you make your penguin a member you will receive a postcard that looks like this.
Yesterday my penguin’s membership expired, so today I redeemed a new membership code. I got an all new postcard in addition to the postcard shown above, about stamps. It says “Earn Stamps for Your Stamp Book!” and looks like this:
Pretty cool, huh? My guess is it was added sometime in the past month as when I renewed my membership in early January I did not get this postcard. Also, when you click “Go there!” instead of taking you to a certain room it opens up your stampbook.
If you own a Brown Puffle and click on its playercard, instead of being Brown it will be Orange.
This is an old bug which was fixed, however it seems to have returned.

Club Penguin has released a brand new Treasure Book, for Series 12. There is no cheats. Here is a rundown of the book:
Here is the front page. The color for this treasure book is yellow.
The first page contains three rocker gear items, including the awesome Red Electric Guitar.
The second page is a classic page in the treasure book – Squidzoid & Gamma Gal Costumes.
The following page has medieval items for your penguin to dress up in.
The Brown & White Easter Bunny Costumes is what is after the medieval items.
There is some Fall Fair and Scarecrow (Scarepenguin) items on the page after the bunny costumes.
These are the Exclusive Items for the Series 12 Treasure Book.
The Super Exclusives are the same as always.
Like always, you can adopt puffles from the treasure book. Missing from this one is the Brown Puffle. My guess is it will be in Series 13 or 14.

Thanks to Jmann93 and ICopy I have found out that there will be a mascot coming to the 2011 Puffle Party, however it will not be Rockhopper! Here is some proof:
