Go to the Mine Cave.
Complete the field op by matching the circuits.
You will then receive a message from Gary.

A new post has been made on the Club Penguin Blog. It was announced to use that the Epic Official Guide to Club Penguin will be in stores in the USA and Canada this Thursday, on August 16th.
The book codes will also unlock the Expedition Backpack.
