I wasn’t expecting this update. Club Penguin has decided to completely redo the Music Catalogue which is at the Lighthouse! It follows the similar catalogue design to other catalogues. This catalogue is only for members

On the first page click the Tuba for the Microphone.

On the second page click the star above the penguin for the Violin.

Club Penguin has now released the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam party takeover! – I have to say it’s pretty impressive!

This is one of the biggest parties ever on Club Penguin. This party has a lot of things to do, from collecting items, surfing, riding a motorcycle and much more. There is Brady and McKenzie around the island and I know penguins may think it’s just another “Takeover” but it honestly just looks like a revamped party.

When you log in you’ll get this message from McKenzie and Brady.

It reads:

COWABUNGA! McKenzie and Brady here. Welcome to Summer Jam. Visit a different beach hangout every day and collect a new item!

We’ll also be performing at Big Momma’s Snack Shack, so make sure to check it out!

Every day you can get a new item. The first item is the Ukelele which you are able to get from the Dock, the second item is the Retro Hat at the Snow Forts and this carries on until you get to the Marshmallow Stick.

If you go to Big Momma’s place in the Snow Forts you are able to watch Brady and McKenzie perform. They perform once every 20 minutes. You are then able to get a special background.

You can go backstage to meet them if you’re a member. This is also accessed by going inside Big Momma at the Snow Forts.

You can get a free background backstage.

You are able to surf an also be a biker! You have to click one of these surf icons:

To go on a bike you have to go to the highway entrances at the Plaza or Town.

If you head to the Stadium, you are able to go on water slides!

Each day you can get items, simply going going to the area with the item on top and then click the collect button.

There is also a catalogue for members to purchase items from.

There are hidden items in the catalogue. If click the Red Motorbike for the Grass Skirt.

Click The Butchy for the Shade Shades.

 

This Club Penguin Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam has three new party emotes.

Cadence has a new playercard and a brand new background.

Brady and McKenzie also have a background they are giving out. You can get it by meeting them in game.

Click the left stool on the Big Momma’s Diner item for the Inner Tube.

Click the bottom right corner of the Lit Stage for the Sand Castle wall.

Club Penguin has done a lot with puffles lately and today there was a new announcement that puffles will be digging for their favourite treats if you are a member! On the 15th of August, your puffle will be able to dig up their favourite treats and all their stats will go up to 100%.

Tip: The higher your puffle’s stats, the more likely they are to dig up more coins? W00t! What food do you think your puffles will dig up?

Club Penguin Minor Updates: 404 Pages, EPF Messages & More!

Over the past few weeks there has been a lot of minor updates on Club Penguin. This is what has been happening:

A few weeks ago 404 error pages were added, 404 pages are when the web browser finds a page that isn’t found. These 404 pages were removed however they were re-added last week. They look like this:

Club Penguin has slightly changed the banning system. If your penguin has never been banned, the first time you you’ll get a warning and no ban will occur.

It reads: Oops! You used a rude or inappropriate word. If you break a Club Penguin rule again, you may be banned. You’ll then get banned if you do it again. It will say: “You used a rude or inappropriate word. Your penguin has been banned for 24 hours.”

When you click the ‘OK’ button it will take you to the Club Penguin rules page!

We also got a new EPF message from Dot and also The Director!

Dot’s EPF message reads:

Alright agents. Time to infiltrate the Death Star. Darth Herbert’s going down!

The Director’s EPF message reads:

Agents. The data has been analyzed and we’ve found the Death Star’s weakness. Get to Yavin 4 and take the space station down.

Star Wars Remix has been added to our igloo music!

On the 1st of August, if you are a Tour Guide or EPF Agent you would of been paid!

Wow, remember when the Puffle expert time was at 18 hours when it was released?! – Well it’s now 20 minutes per task!

When you go to the Snow Dojo, you’ll notice that the Martial Artworks catalogue is now available there!

Thanks to Saraapril for noticing the next thing I’m going to mention, Club Penguin changed the design of the Target background, there is a brighter shade of red and the rings are the opposite colour to what they look like. This background is considered “rare” as it was only out in the Penguin Style during 2006.

There is a new login and log off screens for the Teen Beach Movie and a brand new Spanish and Portuguese magazine released recently.
