Club Penguin Postcards Updated December 2013

Club Penguin’s postcards have been updated so you can send some holiday cheer to your friends! They brought bacon the Ice Rink, Season’s Greetings, Donate, Thanks for Gift, two Happy Holidays ones, and one on page two featuring Rockhopper.

The Happy Holidays postcard (the present one) comes with a free Holiday Toque item.

Rockhopper is making his way to Club Penguin for Coins For Change 2013! If you take a look in the telescope at the Lighthouse Beacon you will see him in the distance with his ship decorated for the holidays. Sweet!

Club Penguin Blog: Coins for Change Begins Soon!

Coins For Change starts December 19th! Yesterday Polo Field from the Club Penguin Team made a blog post giving us a brief overview of what to expect this year. This year will be  the seventh year of Coins For Change. Here is what he wrote:

Every year, millions of penguins donate billions of virtual coins to show their support for real world causes. I hope you’ve all been saving up those coins… because Coins for Change is almost here!

This year, we’re doing things a bit different. We started thinking about how the Holidays bring people together… when you work together you can make big things happen! We’ve decided that instead of 3 separate donation boxes, why not work together to support 10 projects! As you donate virtual coins, you’ll help us unlock each project.

Here’s a sneak peek of what the donation meter will look like:

I can’t wait to get this started! I know we can all work together and make this happen.

Club Penguin – The Spoiler Alert Episode 1

Club Penguin’s new video show “The Spoiler Alert” is now out with its first episode! This new weekly video series from the team will have Polo Field and other employees of Club Penguin show off what’s new for the week as well as play games, joke around, and have fun. Because they are only posting it on the blog and not YouTube, you will have to click the image below to go to the blog post to watch it.

I thought they did a very good job on this!

New Games Coming to Club Penguin iPad App!

The next My Penguin update will be here within the next few weeks! In addition to containing four rooms you can waddle around in there will be two more games you can play! They will be adding Smoothie Smash and Pizzatron 3000 to the mix.

This means there will then be 10 different Club Penguin games you can play on your iPad. Sweet!
