Cece is a brand new Club Penguin mascot who will first appear in July 2012, at the annual Music Jam, this year to be titled the Ultimate Jam! Our Cece Tracker will be following her all around the island when she arrives! Not much is known about Cece at the moment, but nonetheless, we have prepared a tracker and will be ready for her arrival!
