This Thursday, Wednesday for some, Chattabox will be hosting a big party in her igloo on Club Penguin! Here are the details for her meetup, courtesy of her post on Club Penguin’s official bog:

Monday was a VERY special day for us down under; it was Australia Day! So I’d like to say a big HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY to my fellow Aussie penguins.

To celebrate this awesome occasion, I’m going to be throwing a special ‘Aussie Extravanganza’ party in my iggy. The one we held last year was amazing and this year I want to make it even better! Who’s with me? Dress in green and gold (or yellow!) and bring along your best Aussie jokes, facts and remember to practice the lingo; its going to be a ‘ripper’ day. I’ll be decking out my iggy as a typical Aussie beach party with bbq’s music and beach fun! Can’t wait to see you all – come and celebrate all things Australia with your favourite Aussie mascot 😉

Let’s meet in the Forest on the Down Under server on Wednesday 28th January. Here are the times:

* 4pm East Australian Standard Time

* 6pm New Zealand Standard Time

* 9pm Penguin Standard Time on Tuesday 27th January for everyone over in the US and Canada

* 5am on Wednesday 28th January for my pals in the UK

January 26, 2015 Club Penguin Mod Meetup With Grand Stand

Today’s mod meetup will be at 2:00 PM PST with moderator Grand Stand. It’s on the server Snow Board and the theme is Puffles. 2:00 PM PST is 5:00 PM EST and 10:00 PM in the United Kingdom. Here’s the invitation for this week’s mod meetup:

Here are some fun facts about Grand Stand:

1. I have a very faded black puffle on top of my computer that keeps me company at work. I call it “Grumpy Puffle”, but I don’t think it’s actually grumpy, just thinking.

2. I like both coffee and tea

3. I have been a stage manager, sound tech, spotlight operator, and stage crew for real life theatre productions (So. Much. Fun!)

Club Penguin Star Wars Rebels Takeover 2015 Day 3 – Kanan’s Quest

The final quest for the Star Wars Rebels Takeover is now available. Today’s final quest is with Kanan. You need to rescue him from the prison ship.

When you begin the task you’ll be pelted with the snowballs from the guns stormtroopers are holding. You have to throw snowballs at the stormtroopers. They come in several waves of five.

After hitting all the stormtroopers Kanan will be freed!

He will then go on to explain to you how members can duel with lightsabers to earn items and challenge the Inquisitor.

That wraps up the Star Wars Rebel Takeover! Are you going to challenge the Inquisitor?

Today Daffodaily5 announced this week’s Penguin of the Week. This week’s featured penguin is Tomisino1, who has a really cool igloo! Here’s why he was chosen:

Tomisino1 is one super stylish penguin! The green-themed outfit he’s rocking is just brill. His Igloo even has green furniture to match, and I’ve heard he throws great Igloo parties that all his friends enjoy. A great reason to go green!

Club Penguin App Updated To Version 1.6.2

Today Club Penguin updated their iOS and Android apps to version 1.6.2. This app update contains some bug fixes and minor enhancements for the Star Wars Rebels Party. Here’s the full change-log, courtesy of iTunes.

The update also gives the app a temporary new Star Wars Rebels themed icon.

The Star Wars Rebels Party has begun on Club Penguin and sees the crew battle the Empire and the Sithly The Inquisitor!

Upon login, you’ll be greeted with a message from Kanan, the Rebels’ leader.

His message reads, “Hey. I’m Kanan. Our crew is going to stop the Empire. Do you think you have what it takes to join us?”

Press the → to continue

Kanan will then say, “Do a mission for every member of the Ghost’s crew, then we can talk more.”

Press the → to continue

Press the Rebels icon to continue to the next screen.

Press ‘View Task’ in Sabine’s section and you’ll get the following message that reads,

“Hi there, ace. The name’s Sabine. Wanna help me redecorate? Throw a snowball to paint the rebel symbol over these gross Imperial posters.”

Press ‘Start’ to continue

Now, head on over to every decorated room and throw a snowball at each Imperial poster you see.

Once done, press the Rebels symbol again to collect the free items available.

Now you’ve completed Sabine’s task, you can do Ezra’s.

Click ‘View Task’ to begin and you’ll be shown the following message, “Hi, I’m Ezra. I know what it’s like to have to prove yourself to the crew. Bring back the fruit that the Empire stole and I’ll put in a good word for you.”

Press ‘Start’ to continue

 

Search the island for the crates of fruit and click then when you see them.

 

Once you’ve found them all, Kanan will give you this message, “Thanks for sticking your neck out. Finish two more missions and I’ll let you in our next plan.”

Press ‘OK’ to continue.

Press the Rebels icon to collect your rewards.

The help the Ghost’s Crew further, you’ll need to wait until January 27!

Club Penguin moderator Snapcraklp0p will be hosting this week’s mod meetup. The meetup server is Polar Bear and the meetup time is 2:00 PM PST. That translates to 5:00 PM EST and 10:00 PM GMT.

The theme of the meetup is winter wildlife, so if you attend please wear a winter or animal themed item/outfit.
