Hello Penguins!
We want you to know that the team’s working hard to squash the bugs you’ve told us about. Here are some bugs we’re working on RIGHT NOW:
- When you enter the Holiday Igloo Contest, you get a Halloween Igloo Contest message
- Holiday Wing Warmers don’t show up on your penguin
Here are some bugs we’ve FIXED:
- Multiple Window Bug
- You can now visit another penguin’s open igloo by clicking on their Player Card. Now you don’t have to add them to your buddy list or use the map to get to their party!
Keep checking the Blog for updates. As soon as we fix a bug, we’ll let you know. Thanks for telling us when you see them!
Club Penguin has updated their membership page for December 2010. First off, it tells you how many bonus coins you get if you purchase a membership:
It says what to expect for the month, however it lists the same stuff as last month‘s, but with a new picture? Huh?
Club Penguin has added two new songs in the Igloo Music Playlist, Candy Cane March and Santa’s Mix.
Which one do you like more? I prefer Santa’s Mix.
The new igloo items are now out. December’s catalog is full of festive stuff to help you get ready for the upcoming holidays. As you’re aware the Igloo Contest starts tomorrow, this is the time to start decorating.
In other news, some of you have been asking about getting bonus coins in December. Non-members who buy a membership between December 9 and 31 will get bonus coins added to their accounts.

If you go to the Town, Dance Lounge, Dance Club, or Beach, you will see decorations. With the Dance Lounge Construction, I have a feeling the Santa Sleigh Ride and Elf Toymaking Room will return. Below are the rooms!

Right now if you’re a member, you can decorate your igloo and submit it for the Igloo Decorating Contest! Winners will have their igloo featured in the Club Penguin Times as well as earn coins for their penguin account. Right now there is currently a bug, where it says Halloween instead. It’ll be fixed soon, don’t worry!
