Club Penguin Card-Jitsu: Shadow Ninja Animations!

There has been many Shadow Ninja images being uploaded to the web recently – the items, Happy77 wearing them, the Card-Jitsu Cards, and the most recent, the Card-Jitsu moves when the card is played. As you’re probably aware, when a power card is played in Card-Jitsu there is some sort of animation. Here they are, when you play the card and when an opponent plays the card:

Club Penguin Tour Guide and EPF Pay Checks July 2011

Club Penguin has sent out its Tour Guide and EPF Pay Checks in the mail. You will be deposited 350 for being a tour guide and another 350 coins for being an EPF Agent.

Today is July 1st but I wonder why Club Penguin hasn’t put out fireworks for all the holidays? Happy Canada Day and on July 4th, the United States Independence Day.

Club Penguin Blog: Developer Update!

Billybob has posted on the Community Blog with a Developer update on what is upcoming this month. The Club Penguin Team wants to tell us what’s going on a bit behind the scences.

As you are probably aware the upcoming Adventure party this month the team are putting up the finishing touches on this month’s event and that Rockhopper will be here! – Rockhopper Tracker July 2011 – Billybob had to say:

Adventure Party this month – We’re putting the finishing touches on this month’s event… the Adventure Party! I won’t say too much just yet, but I hear a certain pirate may be making an appearance…

The new newspaper and clothing catalog should be released today however it won’t be released this week as they are doing some updates on there system for the next couple of weeks so Billybob said that it won’t be out until early next week that is with the penguin style catalog also!

Clothing catalog and newspaper – We’re doing some updates to our systems for the next few weeks, so the newspaper and this month’s clothing catalog will be launching early next week instead of today. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know as soon as they’re ready.

Billybob has given us a sneak peak of the Penguin Style Catalog July 2011

New free items – We’re still sending out the two new items to everybody. It will take a few days for the new Red Hat or Blue Cloud background items to get to everyone’s accounts.

Bugs squashed – We squashed a bunch of bugs last night, so you can play Card-Jitsu again. We also fixed a couple issues with DJ3K that were causing Flash Player to freeze. Thanks for letting us know about them and helping us make Club Penguin better for everyone!

New games – We’ve been working on a few new game prototypes. Thanks to those of you that beta tested Rollerscape and some of the other prototypes. You guys had some great feedback! We should have some new games up on the Beta Team site very soon.

Club Penguin New Penguin Registration Process Update

Club Penguin has updated there registration layout and made it much easier for penguins to register as if you remember the old one, it took so long and was hard for some penguins. Well take a look at what it looks like now:

If you go on the play.clubpenguin.com section and click on “Create a Penguin” you will now get a nice clean version of a registration for a new penguin. On which it tells you to enter a username, password and an parents e-mail.

Then once you agree to the I agree the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and click next you will then receieve a penguin saying to ask your parents to check there emails.

Once you’ve asked your parents to check there e-mails and they go to activate your account they will be asked what chat setting you would like to be on Standard Safe Chat which you can freely speak but with moderators watching you or Ultimate Safe chat using only specified words. Once

Once your parents have clicked “Activate!” you will then be set to play and don’t worry Until it is checked, your penguin name will appear as numbers. Approved names are updated within 2 days.

Club Penguin Beta Team Now Working Again!

The Club Penguin Beta team which us penguins can test out new upcoming/possible things that could happen on Club Penguin now works again. Several days ago Club Penguin had took down the Beta Team Link and it no longer worked but now it’s working again.

Nothing has been changed or updated, but it is now working again!

Club Penguin Adds Free Hat and Background Item to ALL Penguins!

Club Penguin has updated with the map being fixed and also giving the Free hat and background item which Billybob had promised to give all of us penguins new and old this item to our penguins for us to use! With this being said we have now got the background and free hat take a look:

Club Penguin Blog: Music Jam Special Announcement! – Extended July 4th!

Billybob has posted on the Community Blog with a Music Jam Announcement. He had said thanks to us the Music Jam has been awesome this year and it’s really cool to see many of us dancing the robot and starting up your own bands!

Guess what… We’re extending Music Jam for you! Now EVERYONE can party for an extra week!

This being said that all the hassle and problems they had over the Club Penguin Domain Down and that the penguins wanted it to be extended it was orignally Club Penguin support staff said around the 6th but it’s officialy another week meaning 1 more week of tracking Cadence and Penguin Band and doing cool stuff!

Club Penguin New Arrow Feature!

If you are really new to Club Penguin and you use the map. When you click on a place, it will give you a yellow arrow pointing to where the place you wanted to go. For example: If you chose the Music Catalog, it will load you to the light house.

It will also have a little golden arrow flashing up and down over top the catalog.

This is really helpful for anyone that is really new to Club Penguin.
