New Club Penguin Login Screens

As I was logging on Club Penguin I came across a new login screen! This login screen features Coins for Change! Its a really cool Login screen that is also an animation. It rotates the world and then adds the Coins for Change sign across it. Here is an image.

New Club Penguin “What’s New” Membership Page

As I was looking to see if there were any updates on the Club Penguin blog, I found that Club Penguin has updated their “What’s New”  article on the Membership Page. The updated article is about Christmas.  It talks about what the members can do on the Christmas party.  Picture of the “What’s New” update below.

• Bake cookies in the Bakery Kitchen
• Get the new cooking serving apron and serve treats to your friends
• Decorate your own delicious Gingerbread Igloo
• Help Santa Deliver presents to penguins everywhere!

Club Penguin Updated Home Page

As I was going to go on Club Penguin, I noticed that the home page has changed! The home page shows the construction and preparation for the Christmas Party and Coins for Change! Picture of the updated home page below.

I really like the updated home page that Club Penguin did. It shows the coin transporter parts and it has the coins for change sign! Hopefully Club Penguin will put another one once the party is here! If they do, hopefully is good like this one. Let us know in the comments bellow with your thoughts of the updated home page!

Club Penguin Coins for Change Information

In a recent article of PRNewsWire, I have found out some early information about the upcoming Coins for Change event. Coins for Change is a money event, and every year around Christmas time, people donate their Club Penguin Coins to certain charities. Here is what they’re planning to do this year:

• You will have 3 categories to donate coins in, medical help, build safe places, and protect the Earth.
• The event will run from December 15 to December 27. Don’t forget, Rockhopper will be waddling around the island too.
• “I am continuously amazed by the commitment and passion our players have for helping improve the lives of others” – Lane Merrifield, 2011
• Club Penguin is doubling the amount of money they are donating to $2 million! Wow!
• Results will be announced on January 1, 2012.

Club Penguin’s Official Parent Twitter Account – CONFIRMED!

It has been found today that a person called Karen Mason; a Club Penguin Parent Communications Manager had tweeted mentioning that they now have an official account for Club Penguin parents to follow on Twitter! – Although no one has received the official word from Club Penguin, it is verified that Karen Mason is a Disney employee. If she has launched it, it is definitely a part of Disney.

Go ahead, if you have twitter, follow the account!

Update 8/12/11 – Club Penguin’s parent page has updated with a Facebook link and Twitter link, and this has confirmed that this Twitter is Disney Club Penguin.

Club Penguin Card-Jitsu Countdown Glitch

Recently, I was logging onto Club Penguin, and I noticed that the counter on the front page said “-1 days left.” Then I went to the log in screen, and it displayed “1 days left.” Check it out below:

Here’s the Homepage, as you can see, we have a negative amount of days left.

Here’s the log in screen. This however, say’s we have “1 days left.”

What do you think of this glitch? I personally can’t wait for this party to end, because my favorite is the Coins For Change party. What’s your thoughts on this? Let us know in a comment below.

Club Penguin Community Blog: What’s New This Week – December 6

Club Penguin’s author Happy77 has made a post on the Community Blog to inform us of some upcoming events this week. They liked reading all the great comments on their new video “Never Wake a Sleeping Sensei” and they can’t wait to release their new video soon. The team is also looking forward to telling us for information about the upcoming Holiday Party and Coins for Change.

• Coins for Change announcement: Billybob’s got some BIG news about Coins for Change to share on the blog tomorrow! You won’t want to miss it. 🙂
• The Ice Rink returns! The Stadium transforms into an Ice Rink to kick off the holidays! There will be some new items for figure skating fans there, too…

New Club Penguin Flag Pins

Today when I logged on to Club Penguin, I realized that there are two new flag pins in the catalog. The two new countries are Austria and Liechtenstein.
