To get to Level Four you need to get <strong>The Shuffle Huffle move<\/strong>, <strong>The Online Giver badge<\/strong>, <strong>Online Mover badge<\/strong> and the <strong>Trader Tiro badge<\/strong> which you need to trade <strong>five<\/strong> times with Trader Tinka to get. Note that you won&#8217;t be able to level up until next week when Trader Tinka comes. All trades will be counted as from next week. Also, level four does not bring an extra Tinka nor do you need the Sea Explorer badge to level up, as was previously mentioned by the team, both will be needed and given in Level 5.
