For Day 6 of the Magic Quill, the Magic Quill will be released between 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM British Standard time. This will be the second to last (out of 7 days) where you will be able to obtain early access to Pottermore. <\/p>\n

There has also been confusions as to what 1:30PM to 4PM (or whatever time) may mean. It means that the clue will be released some point between the two times. It They can choose to release it at 2:00PM, or even 3:45PM. We don’t know the exact time, but we know the general timeframe.
