(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cheatswhiz.com\/clubpenguin\/2011\/05\/club-penguin-beta-team-access-cheats\/\">Click here<\/a> if you haven&#8217;t heard about this yet) I&#8217;m a citizen of the city Montr\u00e9al which is located in the province of Qu\u00e9bec, Canada. I decided to check out the new feature when Club Penguin gave me an error explaining Beta Team Access is not available in my province. You can read the full message below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9711\" src=\"https:\/\/files.cheatswhiz.com\/clubpenguin\/2011\/05\/noquebec11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"146\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you can&#8217;t view the image below, the message read:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Thanks for your interest in Beta Team. Unfortunately, this feature is not available to residents of Quebec due to regional restrictions.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> We apologize for the inconvenience.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> <strong>&#8211; Club Penguin Team<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>My thoughts are these &#8220;regional restrictions&#8221;\u00a0are because Qu\u00e9bec is a french province and are also the cause of why my city isn&#8217;t allowed to have any Club Penguin toys (aside from Card Jitsu cards) on sale in stores.
