Take a look:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"4\" src=\"https:\/\/files.cheatswhiz.com\/clubpenguin\/2011\/01\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"206\" height=\"176\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not marked as members only? How come though? You need to be a member, as the &#8220;Defend System&#8221; part in System Defender is for members only. That is the only way to access the Herbert level.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"2\" src=\"https:\/\/files.cheatswhiz.com\/clubpenguin\/2011\/01\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"303\" height=\"89\" \/><\/p>\n<p>However, after members complete the Herbert level, if they go to &#8220;Advanced&#8221; it will show up. Here it isn&#8217;t marked as members only, either &#8211; if it is marked members only, it does have a members badge. This one doesn&#8217;t:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7701\" title=\"3\" src=\"https:\/\/files.cheatswhiz.com\/clubpenguin\/2011\/01\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"186\" height=\"186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.cheatswhiz.com\/clubpenguin\/2011\/01\/3.jpg 186w, https:\/\/files.cheatswhiz.com\/clubpenguin\/2011\/01\/3-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 186px) 100vw, 186px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But this one does:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7702\" title=\"memberaf\" src=\"https:\/\/files.cheatswhiz.com\/clubpenguin\/2011\/01\/memberaf.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"189\" height=\"186\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s so weird, as you need to be a member to access the Herbert level, but it isn&#8217;t marked as members only!
