This is to spread the awareness and find a cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis<span style=\"color: #000000\">. <\/span>Spike Hike said in the United States alone there are 30,000 people with this disease.\u00a0Spike Hike accepted the challenge and donated to the fund.
