Pottermore Book 1 Chapter 4 Walkthrough

In Moment 1 of Chapter 4, “Hagrid Arrives”, you can pick up a candle. Click on the candle, which is clickable from the first level of zoom.

In the second level of zoom within the same scene, you can unlock J. K. Rowling’s ‘Ghost Plots’.

In the second moment of Chapter 4, “Harry Receives His Letter at Last”, you can pick up a chipped cup while in the second level of zoom.

I have found all three of these items but it is still not allowing me to move on. I just started and do not have alot of friends right now. HELP!!
